Towards the end of the year in 2018, I decided to do a 30 day challenge of recording a meditation a day, nothing fancy just a recording done from my microphone mic on my phone. I tried to explore the different styles and techniques I teach at Billabong Retreat and decided to also upload each one to sound cloud, so if anyone wanted to listen they could. So here it is below, definately not to the quality that one day I would like to create but at least a step in that direction. Let me know if you like them and if it’s something that would interest you in the future.
