Rates and Commitment

My current rate is $150 for an hour session and I offer a package of 3 sessions for $400. My recommendation is to have at least 3 sessions, but I also offer a one off session if it’s a follow up - realign session.

While coaching can feel extremely transformational through just one session, lasting change and working towards big changes or goals can take time. That is why coaching is usually at least a 3-6 month commitment where coaching sessions take place weekly or fortnightly to create a long lasting change.

This type of commitment gives you the support to keep making progress and helps in motivation and overcoming the obstacles that can come up along the way.
