1-1 YOGA

1 on 1 Yoga Sessions is designed to inspire your personal home practice. The benefits of yoga come from a daily practice, so by having a 1-1 session I can find out about your needs and your body and create an individualised yoga sequence for you.

This is also a time to look at your form and see if you are doing the poses correctly or looking at modifications and variations so you are more familiar with how to adjust and listen to your body when you are doing yoga.

If the above explorations are not what your after I also offer personalised 1-1 guided practices, where I just guide you through a yoga practice as I would a class but tailored for you.

1-1 MEDITATION

Tailored for you, in 1 on 1 meditation sessions we can explore a variety of meditation practices to find one that suits you and your needs.

If you already have a practice we can dive deeper into your existing practice and explore any questions or blocks you might be having.

As in yoga, 1 on 1 meditation sessions is designed to inspire you to create a personal home meditation practice.

Meditation is a powerful tool to help manage stress, heal the body and find inner peace.

In these sessions, I can guide you through various practices working with meditation as a therapeutic healing modality or be teaching practices and skills for a home practice.
