A little bit about the Awakening Series:
These works explore Effortless Mindfulness as taught by Loch Kelly. Exploring the 5 levels of Mind and the Five Foundations of Effortless Mindfulness. Being an artist, designer, and yoga and meditation teacher I found it really helpful to visually express what the experience of the shifts between the levels of mind felt like through creating these works. While the individual ‘artworks’ were helpful, they were missing that sense of movement and dynamics that I felt within each state, so I created a very simple video with gentle overlays to express and explore the kind of energy or movement that each level felt like.
I hope you enjoy the piece as much as I did to create it.
Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 GSm Paper.
Our giclee fine art prints are printed on our state-of-the-art Canon PRO-4000 and Epson wide-format fine art printers using the very best museum archival grade papers from paper merchant Hahnemühle.
The size selected is the final size of the print. We add a small ‘handling border’ of 2-4mm outside the finished print size. If you prefer the artwork to be borderless please let me know.
