As we step into the new year, a time ripe with motivation to rekindle habits or embark on fresh journeys, perhaps the idea of cultivating a meditation practice has crossed your mind? I mean, who wouldn’t want a clearer mind in the chaos of life? But New Year’s optimism often fades faster than we’d like, and incorporating meditation into your daily routine is no exception.
I am acutely aware of the real challenges in integrating meditation into our daily lives, and that’s why I want to share with you the 4 Pillars—the essential elements that breathe life into a sustainable meditation practice. Drawing from personal experience and the shared stories of fellow practitioners, I have distilled the essence of what it actually takes to genuinely make meditation stick.
I guide you through these 4 key ingredients—what I call the 4 Pillars, the very foundation that inspired the creation of my course, “The 3 Keys to Living in Harmony with Life.” If you’re curious about these pivotal ingredients, I invite you to explore the video below. Alternatively, if you prefer to read about it, find my article below.
What is Needed for Real Change?
Real change doesn’t happen overnight or through a single meditation session. It’s a gradual process, an ongoing exploration of the self, and an unwavering commitment to practice and reflection. What I’ve learned through my personal experiences is that it requires four essential pillars, and this understanding forms the cornerstone of the 3 Keys program.
1 | Practice
Repetition and consistency in your meditation practice lie at the heart of transformation. They are what enable you to build the skills and deepen your understanding and experience. There’s no way around it.
2 | Continuous Learning
The path to transformation is paved with a commitment to ongoing education and self-discovery. Continual learning fuels motivation, enhances understanding, and deepens your experience of the ease and harmony that these practices offer. This is why I’ve developed this program and why I’m committed to enriching it further.
3 | Community
Being a part of a supportive community connects you with like-minded individuals, and your tribe, providing encouragement, a place to share insights, a sense of belonging, and inspiration from engaging conversations. This helps dispel the feeling of being alone on your journey and ultimately makes the journey enjoyable.
4 | Remembering
Recalling and revisiting what you’ve learned and experienced on your path is crucial. We tend to forget these valuable insights easily and can slip back into old behaviours. That’s why this course is designed to encourage revisiting your learnings and practices through interactive LIVE sessions held throughout the year.
As we embrace the new year, I wish you a Big Happy New Year, marked by clarity, harmony, and a meditation practice that truly stands the test of time.
Until next time,
With love
Basia
