Today marks one year since I found out I had breas

Today marks one year since I found out I had breast cancer.
A time where my world as I knew it came crashing down.

I was rushed into surgery…
and then faced with some of the biggest decisions I’ve ever had to make.

To trust what my gut was saying, which was to say no to conventional treatment
and to choose to do the deep work it would take to let my body heal naturally from here.

It was all so new.
There was so much learning… so much unlearning…
and a long journey of uncovering the individual path that was mine to walk.

It’s been the most confronting and hardest thing I’ve ever gone through — filled with so much fear and the unknown.
But it was the fear that I knew I had to transform. And the mystery… i would learn to live with.

Through it all, I’ve had tremendous insights
truths I’ve not just learned, but lived.

So this is a post to honour all that this year has been, but to also now put it all behind

To carry forward what it’s gifted me, not as a weight, but as a way.
To step into a new year with trust in life, reverence for the present,
To live in the mystery.
To walk the middle way
To listen to my body
To never take life for granted.
And to keep listening… to the quiet wisdom within.

I turned 40 today, and have so much more to say but will start with this as a little note to remember this special day ✨

I’ve just received the results from the biggest te

I’ve just received the results from the biggest test I’ve been waiting for - the one that would really show if everything I’ve been doing is working, if it’s enough… and it is. I’m honestly ecstatic, over the moon, and still a bit in shock - like, did that actually just happen? Did I really get those results?!

I feel like I can finally breathe again. It’s given me confidence in my approach, in my intuition, and in the choices I’ve made. I’ve never appreciated life, my health, and the people around me more than I do right now.

I’m beyond grateful for all the love, support, prayers, and financial help that’s allowed me to fully commit to this path. It has made all the difference, and I honestly don’t have words for how much it’s meant to me.

I know I’ve been quiet since the crowdfunding… honestly, I went deep into the work and into myself. It wasn’t always easy to find the words for where I was at. Some days felt like progress, others (and there were a lot of them) felt like I was losing ground - and in the middle of it, it felt more important to focus on the practice rather than the telling.

The results came from my CTC test (Circulating Tumour Cells)- my integrative doctor had said if it came back at a certain number, he’d be happy for me to just keep doing what I’ve been doing without needing to consider the heavier therapies I was preparing myself for. And that’s exactly what happened.

This whole journey has asked me to let go of so much - to outcomes, expectations, control. Even with this test, I was preparing myself for all possibilities, probably leaning toward expecting the harder ones so I could face them head-on if they came. And then this… the best possible news.

Of course, it’s not the end- I have to keep staying really close to my protocol. But it feels incredible to know my body is responding, and that I’m heading in the right direction.

I have so much more to share about this journey and everything I’ve learned along the way, but for now - I’m just letting this land, letting myself feel it fully.

Thank you again for every message, every prayer, every bit of encouragement. It’s meant more than I can ever express. ❤️

Hey everyone, I've been trying to work out how to do this message to properly be able to express my utmost gratitude, amazement, shock and like just so many emotions of what's just happened in the last two days. Like I literally just am like...
what just happened? Like, what? I can't believe how much support and during iwhen I would check (the go fund me campaign) I would literally just collapse to the floor from just being shocked and I could feel like it's totally changing like my paradigm of the fact that I'm not alone and there is so much support.
I can do this. Like, I didn't realise how much the support would actually give me a sense of feeling that I can do this, which is really powerful. And, yeah, so...

For every single person who has reached out, who has contributed and yeah, I am just so immensely grateful.
I really don't feel like I can express properly what I'm feeling, like, all the emotions, like, it's just like, like, the amount of times I've cried, but it's like of joy, and yet, it's like, it's just intense. So, um, I just want to say thank you so much to everyone, literally.

Since then, I’ve chosen a natural healing journey over conventional treatments, focusing on restoring my body to its healthiest state. These works are really tricky to photograph, hence

These works are really tricky to photograph, hence why so many images. But I do love that about them, in the sense that they look so different depending on the light and angle you look at them.
.
This particular unique shape holds within it the foundational geometric shapes that lie within sacred geometry, essential my favourites which are the vesica piscis - which is about creation itself. The triangle symbolising dynamic movement, elevating us to Higher Consciousness but with it pointing downward representing femininity & awakening the goddess. And lastly the square a symbol for the form and matter while all embraced in a circle representing wholeness, oneness, completeness - nothing lacking at the same time while the dance of creation is played out.

So my fascination for Sacred Geometry has been aro

So my fascination for Sacred Geometry has been around for a while. Recently I found some really old artworks containing sacred geometry within them. So it’s no surprise it has started to resurface again.
.
This time really ignited by a quote I heard which described how sacred geometry really expresses “The infinite can be embodied in a finite form” And I have been marvelling at this concept and experience when creating these works. Again a mirror to my meditation practice.
.
As I learn’t more about sacred geometry and continue to do so, I am blown away by this art - what they even refer to as the “architecture of the universe”. Which is found throughout the natural world
Sacred geometric patterns exist all around us, creating the fundamental structure and templates of life in the universe.
.
While this exploration is still in it’s infancy I loved the effect of playing with natural inks to create the playing field for this creation and the metallics pointing to the sacredness that lies within and around.
