Mindful Day Retreat

Explore the depths of mindfulness living where I will guide you through yoga and meditation practices to create a heightened sense of awareness. By the end of the day your spirit will feel renewed and refreshed. This experience will better equip you to be more present in your day-to-day life.
Fire Gazing Meditation together with an overnight stay

Further your experience in the wilderness by joining me in a warm and crackling fire gazing meditation. This includes a communal dinner around a campfire and a fun night of camping.
Mindful Bushwalk – Bob Turners Track
Date: Sunday 25th of November
Also known as a Yatra, this activity is a beautiful half-guided, half-silent meditative walk to a tranquil swimming hole in the heart of the Australian bush. This track is a local favourite in the wilderness of Wollemi National Park.
