Upcoming Live Zoom Group Sessions

  • 7 Live sessions from February – March, commencing February 10th;
  • Dates are: 10th, 17th, 24th of February 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd of March
  • Sessions are held on Saturday mornings from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM;
  • Follow the 7-week schedule to revisit the whole course or simply join in for the topics that you’re stuck on, or for additional motivation and realignment.

  • Here’s what’s included in each session:
  • Extended Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in an extended guided meditation practice exploring the module of the week. Find tranquillity and mindfulness as we delve into the core concepts.
  • Module Review: Ensure you grasp the essential concepts and their practical applications through a module review. This is your opportunity to solidify your understanding.
  • Journalling Exercises & Community Connection: Prompt reflection and gain insights with specially crafted journalling exercises. Share your experiences, engage with like-minded individuals, and participate in meaningful conversations.
  • Dedicated Q&A Time: Have burning questions or seeking personalised guidance? Each session includes dedicated time for questions and answers, offering clarity and support tailored to your journey.

  • Each session will be partially recorded, allowing those unable to attend on a particular date to watch the replay, covering from the Extended Guided Meditation to the Journalling Exercises. However, to respect privacy, the remaining portion will not be recorded.
